The curriculum for Living Word Lutheran School includes the areas of Religion, Memory, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, Physical Education, and Health. Curriculum goals and objectives have been written for Religion, Memory, Math, Science, Social Studies, and the Reading portion of Language Arts. Work will continue for each subject until all subject areas are completed.

Textbooks and curriculum guides will be constantly evaluated and changed, when appropriate, to assist the teachers in accomplishing the goals of the curriculum.

The curriculum will help students achieve high standards for each subject area.  It will also have these qualities:

·         Focus on Christian living inside and outside of school

·         Focus on the basics to provide a solid foundation for all learning

·         Technology integration in an appropriate manner

·         Mission work to be done by students

·         Music Education opportunities

·         Outdoor Education
