Living Word offers a variety of musical opportunities for people to share their talents that the Lord has blessed them with.  Everyone is welcome to be part of any of these musical groups. 

Church Choir –
Love to sing praises to God.  Then consider joining the church choir.  All voices are welcome, no matter of the quality.  The goal – make music to the glory of God!  The choir rehearses on every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, September to May.  Child care is available on evenings of rehearsals.

Handbell Choir –
The handbell choir rehearses on Wednesday’s from 3:45 to 4:30 from September through April.  No experience necessary.  Come and make a joyful noise to our Lord through handbells and chimes. 

Worship Team –
The worship team leads the music in our worship services.  Each member of this team serves one or two weekends a month, depending on everyone’s availability.  Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:00 year round.  The worship team sings everything from traditional hymns to contemporary Christian music.

School Choirs –

            6th – 8th Grade Choir (Mr. Terry Baughman; director)
            3rd – 5th Grade Choir (Ms. Heather Volkman; director)
            Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd (Ms. Heather Volkman; director)
            Early Childhood Center (Mrs. Cheryl Rolf and Mrs. Deborah McDonald)

Each choir sings in worship services throughout the school year.  These choirs rehearse during the school day at scheduled times during the week.
